Toronto, Ontario...March 17, 2004...Titanium Corporation Inc. [TSXV:TIC] announced today the appointment of John B. Zaozirny, Q.C. as a Director of the Corporation. After being elected to the Alberta Legislature in 1979, Mr. Zaozirny rose to become the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources from 1982 to 1986 and also served as Chairman of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Development. Mr. Zaozirny was named Resource Man of the Year in 1985 by the Alberta Chamber of Resources.
Mr. Zaozirny is currently counsel to McCarthy Tetrault and Vice Chairman of Canaccord Capital. He is a Director of a number of public and private companies.
