Toronto, Ontario -- April 29, 2004 - Titanium Corporation Inc. [TSXV: TIC] today announced the opening of a new office in Edmonton to better manage the growing Western Canada business operations. This office will facilitate the communication of Titanium Corporation personnel with technical staff at its pilot plant in Regina, Saskatchewan, and with Syncrude Canada's staff in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Titanium Corporation is currently exploring the commercial viability of recovering titanium-bearing minerals and zircon concentrates from Syncrude Canada's oil sands.
John Oxenford, Vice President of the oil sands operation will manage the Edmonton office. He is currently overseeing the anticipated opening of the pilot plant in Regina, scheduled for May 26,2004.
